Microblading 102


​The Microblading 102 Training Program is a 3-day intensive course designed to introduce you to the world of Microblading so that you may become a working Microblading artist. This comprehensive class, taught by working Microblading 102 artists, will teach you all aspects of Microblading, from profiling clients to drawing eyebrows to consent forms. You will leave this class confident and eager to practice and master your craft.

Microblading for Young Entrepreneurs


The Microblading for Young Entrepreneurs includes everything included in Microblading 102.  It also includes:
  • 3 weeks in class room + 2 weeks practicum a total of 5 weeks + additional practice time at either low-cost or not cost to you for continued refinement of artistry

Microblading 102 & Microblading for Young Entrepreneurs programs work with live models under the supervision of the Liz Carrington Microblading Team

Entry Level​

No prior experience or license required.

​HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN A WORKING MICROBLADING STUDIO

You will work side-by-side with Liz Carrington and her team of working microblading artists. This is an experience like no other! You will spend 3 days in our studio, where real clients come into work with our busy team. You'll start with synthetic skin to practice, eventually working with a live model on Day 3 under the supervision of Liz and her team of artists.

WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR?

These are entry-level microblading classes, perfect for newcomers to the industry or seasoned cosmetology professionals looking to expand their services. Beginners with no prior knowledge of tattooing, eyebrow drawing or cosmetology will appreciate our step-by-step approach to teaching you. You will learn a lot--understand that microblading is one of the most difficult permanent makeup techniques to master, but you'll be learning from the best. Nail technicians, tattoo artists, and artists in any profession that requires a steady hand will find themselves right at home

LESSON PLAN

Day 1

"The Single Hairstroke & Drawing Eyebrows"
Microblading begins with a single hairstroke. We'll focus intensely on drawing perfect hairstrokes and eventually grouping hairstrokes. We expand our focus to drawing perfect eyebrows. We'll also begin learning the tools of the microblading, including the eyebrow pencil and microblade and working with synthetic skin.​

Day 2

"The Canvas"
​Microblading is an artform and as such it's important to understand your canvas. We'll study the four skin types, color theory, and how pigment affects the skin. Plus we'll drive into sanitation and sterilization.​

Day 3

“Microblading”
Work with live models under the supervision of Microblading 102 artists. M102 artists guide students to complete their first microblading procedure

Liz Carrington Microblading Training Center is registered as a State Licensed School through the State of Michigan.  What does that mean to you.  Our school has gone through an exstensive vetting process.  This mean before offering this program to you the school and the programs contained with in had to be interviewed, investigated and the facility had to meet stict guidelines before being awarded with the states passing seal of approval  - before being able to enter into the Instructing arena. 

​trained microblading artist and an advocate for microblading. Her work is seen by many visitors every month to her popular Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages. Microblading is her passion and she believes in setting her students on track to blossom as their own unique artist. She has personally trained all M102 instructors.

REGISTER ONLINE

Our training course lasts 3 days, at our locations in both the Metro Detroit and DC Areas, and costs $2,850. To reserve your seat, a $570 non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to your start date.

Please note: If you are unable to attend your class after you've made your deposit, you may transfer your deposit toward a future class date any time up to two weeks prior to your start date. Within two weeks of the class, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
